1.1 Web3 Software Technologies Limited, company registered at Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortolla, British Virgin Islands (“Web3 TV”, “we”, “us” or “our”), respects the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, researchers, artists, and rights holders. Protecting intellectual property is essential to maintaining a lawful and trustworthy digital environment where creators can publish and share content responsibly.
1.2 Web3 operates as an online content-sharing and streaming platform that enables users to upload, publish, distribute, and interact with multimedia content and related materials. Because the platform hosts user-generated content, we require all users to respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights when using the Service.
1.3 Users may upload or publish content only if they possess the necessary rights or permissions to distribute the material. Uploading copyrighted works without authorization, including but not limited to videos, images, music, films, software, datasets, digital art, graphics, code, or other protected works, is prohibited.
1.4 By submitting content to Web3, users represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to publish the material and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
2.1 Web3 complies with applicable intellectual property laws and international frameworks governing online services, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), relevant provisions of the European Union copyright regime, and other applicable legal standards in jurisdictions where the Service operates.
2.2 In accordance with these laws, Web3 provides a mechanism through which copyright owners or authorized representatives may notify the platform of alleged copyright infringement occurring on the Service. Upon receiving a legally valid notification, Web3 will review the complaint and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2.3 Where appropriate, Web3 may also notify the user who uploaded the content and provide information regarding the notice received. Web3 may take additional steps as required to comply with applicable legal obligations, protect intellectual property rights, and maintain the integrity of the platform.
3.1 If you believe that material available on Web3 infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification requesting removal of the allegedly infringing content.
3.2 To be considered valid under applicable law, a copyright infringement notice must contain sufficient information to enable Web3 to evaluate the claim and identify the material in question. This includes identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the platform, and contact information for the complaining party.
3.3 The notice must also include a statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. In addition, the notice must contain a statement affirming that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3.4 Such statements must be made under penalty of perjury and must include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative. Incomplete or inaccurate notices may prevent Web3 from processing the request promptly.

4.2 Web3 may also provide additional reporting tools or submission forms within the Service to facilitate the reporting of intellectual property violations. Where such tools are available, users are encouraged to use them to ensure the efficient processing of claims.
5.1 If content you uploaded to Web3 has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice and you believe that the removal occurred due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification requesting restoration of the content.
5.2 A valid counter-notification must identify the material that was removed and the location where the content appeared prior to removal. The counter-notification must also include a statement made under penalty of perjury that the user has a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
5.3 The individual submitting the counter-notification must also provide their name, address, telephone number, and email address, together with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for the resolution of the dispute. The counter-notification must include a physical or electronic signature of the user submitting the request.
5.4 Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Web3 may forward the notification to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not initiate legal proceedings within the timeframe required by applicable law, Web3 may restore the removed material.
5.5 Web3 does not act as an arbitrator between parties and cannot independently determine ownership of disputed intellectual property rights.
6.1 Web3 maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
6.2 Users who repeatedly upload infringing content or otherwise violate intellectual property rights may face enforcement measures including content removal, account restrictions, suspension of platform features, termination of monetization privileges, or permanent account termination.
6.3 Enforcement decisions may consider the nature of the infringement, the user's violation history, the severity of the violation, and the potential harm caused to rights holders or the platform community.
7.1 Web3 reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights, even in the absence of a formal copyright notice.
7.2 Such action may be taken when necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect rights holders, maintain platform safety, enforce the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or prevent potential harm to users or third parties.
7.3 Web3 may also temporarily restrict access to content while reviewing reports of potential intellectual property violations.
8.1 Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal liability. Under applicable law, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including legal costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or service provider.
8.2 Web3 reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals or entities that abuse the copyright reporting process or submit fraudulent or malicious infringement claims.
9.1 Certain uses of copyrighted material may be permitted under applicable law through legal doctrines such as fair use, fair dealing, quotation rights, research exceptions, or other statutory limitations on copyright.
9.2 Web3 encourages both creators and rights holders to consider these legal principles when evaluating potential infringement claims.
9.3 Web3 does not determine whether particular uses qualify as fair use or other legal exceptions and may remove content while disputes between parties are resolved through appropriate legal channels.
10.1 Creators using the Web3 platform are responsible for ensuring that all materials included in their content are properly licensed or legally permitted. This includes ensuring appropriate rights for music, images, video clips, datasets, software code, trademarks, and any other materials incorporated into uploaded content.
10.2 Creators should also understand the implications of licensing agreements, royalty obligations, and platform distribution rights when publishing content on Web3.
11.1 Web3 may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory developments, technological advancements, or modifications to platform functionality.
11.2 When significant changes occur, the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Policy will be revised. Continued use of the Service following policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
